This website is operated by Ondale Ltd, trading as kiwli. Throughout the site the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Ondale Ltd. By visiting our site or placing an order, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the site.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version always lives on this page, and your continued use of the site means you accept any changes.

Using our store

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, or have the permission of a parent or guardian. You agree not to use our products or our site for any unlawful purpose, and not to break any laws that apply to you. You must not transmit any harmful code or attempt to interfere with the security or proper working of the site. We may refuse service to anyone, or cancel an order, where we reasonably need to, for example where we suspect fraud or a breach of these terms.

Products and pricing

We do our best to show our products, colours and details as accurately as possible, though we cannot guarantee that your screen displays colours perfectly. All products are subject to availability, and we may limit quantities or stop selling an item at any time.

Prices are shown in British Pounds (GBP) and may change at any time, but a change will never affect an order we have already confirmed. Now and then an error in pricing or a description can slip through. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to cancel an order if its information was inaccurate, even after you have placed it. If we cancel an order for this reason, we will refund you in full.

Orders and payment

Our accepted payment methods and how payment is taken are set out in our Payment Policy. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, and to limit the quantity bought per person, household or order. You agree to give accurate, current and complete information for any purchase you make with us.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Your content and feedback

If you send us ideas, suggestions or other feedback, you agree that we may use them at any time without restriction and without any obligation to keep them confidential or to pay you for them. You are responsible for any comments you submit, and they must be lawful, must not infringe anyone else's rights, and must not contain harmful code.

Third-party links and tools

Our site may link to third-party websites or use third-party tools that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of those third parties. Please review their terms before using them, as any dealings with them are between you and them.

Accuracy of information

The content on this site is provided for general information and may not always be complete or up to date. Any reliance you place on it is at your own risk.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, and for your statutory rights as a consumer. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other UK consumer law are not affected by these terms.

Subject to the above, we are not liable for any indirect or unforeseeable loss, and our total liability to you for any order will not be more than the amount you paid for that order.

These terms remain in effect for as long as you use our site. If any part of them is found to be unenforceable, the remaining parts still apply. These terms, together with the policies referred to in them, make up the entire agreement between you and us.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these terms at any time by posting the changes on this page. It is your responsibility to check this page from time to time, and your continued use of the site means you accept any changes.
