All prices on our site are shown in British Pounds (GBP), and your order is charged in GBP.

When payment is taken
Payment is taken when you place your order. Once it has been authorised and verified, we send you an order confirmation email and begin preparing your order.

Your payment is processed through a secure, encrypted checkout. Card details are handled by our trusted payment providers and are never stored on our servers, so your information stays protected.
Pricing and errors
We work hard to keep our prices and product details accurate, but now and then an error can slip through. If we spot that an item was listed at the wrong price, we will contact you before processing your order, so you can choose to go ahead at the correct price or cancel for a full refund. Prices can change at any time, but a change will never affect an order we have already confirmed.

To protect both you and us, orders may be screened for fraud. We may occasionally need to verify a few details before dispatching, and we reserve the right to cancel and refund any order we reasonably believe to be fraudulent or placed in breach of our terms.
Failed or declined payments
